After you submit a new order, you will receive an email with your order details. The email includes a link to your order on our website that you can track its progress and status.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after you finalized it.
We usually process the new orders within few hours after we receive them. Then, we start delivering based on our delivery schedule for different areas in GTA.

Yes, we do offer fast shipping. If your order is qualified for fast shipping you will see an option during the checkout process.

If we send your shipment by a courier, then you can contact the courier for further details. If we deliver your order by our delivery service, we have one delivery attempt.
After one failed delivery attempt, you must pick up your order at a designated location (determined during checkout).
Currently, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in US and Canada. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
We are located in Canada. So, you will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
We do not store your credit card information. We only store not sensitive information such as the last 4 digits your card for verification purposes.
